How Do I Export My Contacts from Gmail?

Follow these simple steps to export your Gmail contacts and prepare them for import into LeadCenter:

Step-by-Step: Export Your Contacts from Gmail

  1. Go to Google Contacts and sign in with your Google account.
  2. If you want to export all contacts, skip to the next step. To export specific contacts, check the boxes next to the contacts you want to export.
  3. Click on the three vertical dots (More) in the left sidebar.
  4. Select Export from the dropdown menu.
  5. Choose your preferred export format:
    • Google CSV: Recommended for importing into LeadCenter.
    • Outlook CSV: For use with Microsoft Outlook.
    • vCard: For use with Apple Contacts.
  6. Click Export. The file will download to your computer as a CSV or vCard file.
