Marketing Expenses

Enter all your marketing expenses to track:

  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC) per campaign.
  • Cost per lead for each campaign.
  • Cost per appointment for each campaign.
  • Return on Investment (ROI) per campaign.

When entering marketing expenses, make sure to select the right campaign to be reflected correctly in the reports. If the marketing spend is related to an event or seminar, select the event for the expense.

Marketing expenses are reflected in several reports, such as the Events Performance Report, Marketing Spend Reports, and Executive Reports. Go to Reports for an overview.

You should assign a category to each marketing spend. Categories like venue, food, mailer, etc. If you want to edit or add new categories, go to the Marketing Categories page under Settings.
