Using Shortcodes is a great way to hyper-personalize your communications with clients. Shortcodes can be used in email and text message templates, which in turn are used in the following applications in LeadCenter:
Transactional emails and text messages to clients.
Scheduled email and text message marketing.
Workflows.
Appointments confirmation, reminders, and follow-up emails.
Events confirmation, reminders, and follow-up emails.
Text Keywords.
Client review reminders.
Shortcodes are accessible when you create an email or text message template on the right side of the screen. They are also accessible when you are creating transactional emails and text messages without a template.

Shortcode sections
Shortcodes are organized into the following sections:
Contact: This is split into three cards,
Contact basic shortcodes
Contact additional shortcodes 1
Contact additional shortcodes 2
Contact Financials: contact financial information shortcodes, including Secure Portal urls like (fq_url) and (dms_url)
Calendar and appointments: Shortcodes that can be used in appointment confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-up emails.
Don't use calendar and appointment shortcodes in email marketing, text message marketing, or transactional emails and text messages. They will NOT work.
Events: Shortcodes that can be used in appointment confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-up emails.
Don't use event shortcodes in email marketing, text message marketing, or transactional emails and text messages. They will NOT work.
Email marketing: shortcodes to insert mandatory unsubscribe button, address, and business name in emails sent from scheduled email marketing campaigns.
Custom fields: Those are additional client custom fields.
