Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Extra security for your LeadCenter account.

In addition to your username and password, you can enter a code from your mobile phone, adding an extra layer of security for your account.

Two-factor authentication can be enabled:

  1. At the account level by account admins. This will force 2FA for all users in your account. Once enabled, users will be required to install an authenticator app on their smartphones and use authenticator app codes to access LeadCenter. Go to 2FA configuration page to enable 2FA for all users.
  2. At the user level. If account admins have not enabled 2FA for all users, individual users can still enable 2FA for their own account from their Individual profile page.
