LeadCenter.AI is the first financial advisor CRM that allows users to schedule text message marketing campaigns from within the CRM with full access to contact fields in campaign filters and to text templates. Previously, Text Message Marketing Software worked in Isolation from the CRM. Advisors did not see the text message marketing campaigns results. In LeadCenter, advisors will be able to see, directly under a contact page, the text messages sent to contacts, providing the insight they need to make informed decisions and improve the conversion rate from prospects to clients.

Personalized Text Message Content: Personalize your messages using shortcodes, ensuring each message
resonates with its recipient.
Flexible Scheduling: Plan ahead by scheduling your text message campaigns for any future date and time,
making it easier to reach your audience at the optimal moment.
In-Depth Reporting: Monitor the success of your campaigns with detailed analytics, including delivery
rates and engagement rates, to gain actionable insights.
How to Get Started:
Configure Virtual Number Settings:
If you haven't acquired virtual phone numbers yet, Go to Virtual Phone Numbers and
assign a virtual number to a source.
Make sure to enter an emergency address for your account under Basic Settings.
Create a new text message template, add content, and personalize it using shortcodes.
Set Up Text Message Marketing Campaign:
Use the visual workflow builder to set up a campaign. Choose your schedule, apply filters, and select the
text template you created.
Check Your Campaign Performance:
After your campaign has been sent, monitor its performance through the
Engagements Report.
Open the "SMS" tab to view metrics such as the deliverability rate.
