Redtail Integration

This article provides a high-level overview of what syncs between LeadCenter and Redtail CRM.


LeadCenter to Redtail

  • Contacts — Contacts created or updated in LeadCenter can sync to Redtail CRM.
  • Appointments — Appointments scheduled in LeadCenter sync to Redtail calendars.
  • Accounts — Financial account details (such as AUM and insurance products) sync from LeadCenter to Redtail.
  • Notes — Notes created in LeadCenter can sync to Redtail.
  • Tasks — Tasks created or updated in LeadCenter can sync to Redtail.

Redtail to LeadCenter

  • New contacts — New contacts created in Redtail can be pulled into LeadCenter (controlled by a separate setting).
  • Contact updates — Changes made to linked contacts in Redtail can sync back to LeadCenter when bidirectional sync is enabled.
  • Activities / tasks — Activities and task updates from Redtail can sync into LeadCenter. Redtail tasks can also appear in the Tasks module when task update sync is enabled.

Note: Contact and task updates from Redtail are controlled by separate bidirectional sync settings in the Redtail configuration.

The Redtail integration helps keep client, activity, and task data aligned across both systems, reducing manual updates and improving visibility.
