How do I enable the Wealthbox integration?

You can push contacts from LeadCenter to Wealthbox CRM instantly—without using Zapier.

To enable the integration:

  1. In LeadCenter, click on your name in the upper right corner, Select Integtations -> CRMs.
  2. Under the Wealthbox section, click the Connect button.
  3. This will take you to Wealthbox login page. Enter your name and password and click Log in to Wealthbox.
  4. If login is successful, you will be redirected to LeadCenter, where you will see a "Connected" status in the Wealthbox section.
  5. Click Configure button inside Wealthbox box.
  6. You can configure the integration to work in two modes:
    • Automatic: Contacts are automatically pushed to Wealthbox when they are created or updated in LeadCenter. When a contact is not already linked to Wealthbox, LeadCenter first checks Wealthbox for an existing match by email or phone number. If a match is found, LeadCenter skips creating a new Wealthbox contact to avoid duplicates and prevent unintended data changes.
    • Manual: Contacts must be pushed manually to Wealthbox. To enable this mode, disable both options in the configuration screen. Then, to push a contact to Wealthbox, use the contact Actions menu in LeadCenter.
  7. Now, LeadCenter and Wealthbox are integrated, and you can push contacts from LeadCenter to Wealthbox.


How Duplicate Contact Prevention Works When Pushing to Wealthbox

Before LeadCenter automatically creates a new contact in Wealthbox, it first checks whether a matching Wealthbox contact already exists. This helps reduce duplicate contacts and helps avoid overwriting or conflicting with existing Wealthbox data.

This check runs when a contact is being pushed to Wealthbox and the LeadCenter contact is not already linked to a Wealthbox contact.

How Matching Works

  • LeadCenter searches Wealthbox using the contact’s available email addresses and phone numbers.
  • If a matching Wealthbox contact is found, LeadCenter skips creating a new contact to avoid duplicates and prevent unintended data changes.
  • If no matching Wealthbox contact is found, LeadCenter creates a new contact in Wealthbox.

Important: This duplicate-prevention check applies when LeadCenter needs to create or find a Wealthbox contact automatically. If the contact is already linked to Wealthbox, LeadCenter uses the existing link.

Manual Push With a Specific Wealthbox Contact ID

If you manually push a contact and provide a specific Wealthbox Contact ID, LeadCenter uses that ID directly and does not run the duplicate-prevention search first.


Using Personal Wealthbox Connections

In addition to the main firm-level Wealthbox integration, each team member can also connect their own Wealthbox account from their Personal Profile. This helps contacts, tasks, and notes pushed from LeadCenter appear under the correct team member in Wealthbox.
