Leadcenter Wealthbox Contact Field Mapping

When contacts are synced from LeadCenter to Wealthbox, the following fields are mapped between the two systems. This article provides a comprehensive reference for understanding how your LeadCenter contact data translates to Wealthbox contact records.

Basic Contact Information

Addresses

Addresses are synced as an array of street_addresses objects. Each address includes:

Email Addresses

Email addresses are synced as an array of email_addresses objects. Each email includes:

Sync Behavior

Creating New Contacts

When a new contact is created in LeadCenter and auto-sync is enabled, all contact fields, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and tags are pushed to Wealthbox as a new contact record.

Updating Existing Contacts

When an existing contact is updated in LeadCenter:

  • Basic contact information fields are updated directly
  • Addresses, emails, phone numbers, and tags are matched by their respective identifiers (address line 1, email address, phone number, tag name) to preserve Wealthbox IDs
  • If a matching record exists in Wealthbox, it's updated; otherwise, a new record is created
