The Marketing Dashboard in LeadCenter provides marketing teams with real-time insights into campaigns, communications, and lead generation performance. It’s designed to help marketing executives and managers track engagement, manage events, and measure ROI—without switching tools.

Marketing Performance Cards (Last 7 Days)
At the top of the dashboard, performance cards provide visibility into key marketing metrics. All cards default to Last 7 Days, which can be adjusted using the dropdown at the top-right of each card:
YTD Marketing Spend: Total marketing expenses entered for events and campaigns year-to-date.
Total Emails Sent: Number of emails delivered during the selected time period.
Total Email Opens: Tracks email engagement during the selected time period.
Total Email Clicks: Measures user interaction during the selected time period.
YTD Events Scheduled: Number of events or seminars completed in the selected time period.
Lead Metrics (Last 7 Days)
These cards reflect how marketing efforts translate to pipeline activity. The default range is Last 7 Days and can be modified individually:
Total Messages Sent: Total marketing texts and emails delivered.
New Leads Generated: Leads captured automatically through forms, calls, and registrations.
First Appointments Kept: Counts only first-time meetings with new prospects (based on “1st Visit – Not a Client” appointment type).
Lead Analysis Charts (Last 7 Days)
Three charts visualize lead activity and progression. These also default to the Last 7 Days:
Leads by Source/Campaign: Breakdown of where leads originated (e.g., YouTube, radio, events).
Leads by Stage: Distribution of leads across stages in the Sales Pipeline.
Leads by Medium: Method used to capture each lead (e.g., form submission, phone call).
Latest Campaign & Event Cards
At the bottom of the dashboard, three cards offer a snapshot of recent marketing actions:
Recent Events: Overview of newly scheduled seminars or workshops (This week and this year).
Recent Email Campaigns: Quick access to your latest email outreach.
Recent Text Campaigns & Keywords: Summary of recent SMS campaigns and text-in keywords.
The Marketing Dashboard gives your team a centralized, real-time view of daily marketing activities, lead flow, and campaign performance—helping you drive results and optimize strategy, all within LeadCenter.AI.
