The Sales Dashboard in LeadCenter gives you a real-time snapshot of your firm’s performance. It’s the first screen you see when logging in and is designed to help you stay on top of sales, operations, and account activity.
Top Navigation Bar
Global Search: Quickly find contacts, appointments, tasks, and notes.
Dashboard Switcher: Toggle between the Sales and Marketing dashboards.
Notifications: Stay up to date with key system alerts.
Help Button: Access help articles and resources.
Profile Menu: Click your name to access personal settings and profile options.

The blue sidebar on the left also offers access to all sales and operations tools in LeadCenter.
Performance Cards (Last 7 Days)
The top section of the Sales Dashboard displays four performance cards, each defaulting to the Last 7 Days (you can adjust the time range by clicking the “Last 7 Days” link on the top-right of each card):
New Leads – Number of new leads captured.
First Appointments Kept – Number of initial appointments held.
New Clients (HOH) – Tracks new heads of households added.
Production:
Total YTD Insurance Issued, with Pending and Forecasted totals in small font underneath.
Total YTD AUM Issued, with Pending and Forecasted totals beneath.
Current AUM Value, pulled in real-time from Orion (if connected).
Revenue YTD, calculated using AUM fees and insurance/annuity commissions recorded in the system.
Activity Cards
Appointments Today – See all scheduled appointments for the day.
Tasks (Overdue & Due Today) – Displays both tasks due today and any that are overdue.
Latest 5 Contacts – Shows the five most recently captured contacts.
Upcoming Events – View events scheduled for this week or the current year.
System Activity Log – Tracks updates like created/updated tasks, created/updated contacts, and communication logs with time stamps.
The Sales Dashboard provides a high-level overview of sales performance and client acquisition activities. It delivers real-time access to key metrics including lead generation, appointment tracking, production data, and revenue—empowering your team to act fast and stay aligned.
