Domain Setup and DNS Records for Your Landing Pages

Setting up a custom subdomain lets you serve your landing pages from your own branded URL (e.g., app.yourdomain.com) instead of the default LeadCenter domain.

How to Set Up

  1. Enter your subdomain: Go to Marketing → Landing Pages → Setup subdomain. Type only the subdomain (e.g., app.yourdomain.com). Do not include your main domain or https://.
  2. Create a CNAME record: At your domain provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.), create a CNAME record with the following values:
    • Type: CNAME
    • Name: your subdomain (e.g., app)
    • Value: us-domain.leadcenter.ai
    • TTL: Auto
  3. Request SSL certificate: Send an email to support@leadcenter.ai with your subdomain name and CNAME record details. SSL installation takes up to 2 business days.
  4. Save: Click the Save button on the setup page to store your subdomain in LeadCenter.

Important Notes

  • Only enter the subdomain, not your main domain. Example: app.yourdomain.com, not yourdomain.com.
  • DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to propagate worldwide.
  • Once the SSL certificate is installed, your landing pages will be accessible via HTTPS on your custom subdomain.
  • If you need to change your subdomain later, simply update it on this page and repeat the DNS and SSL steps.
