AI CRM Core License

The AI CRM Core License is the foundational LeadCenter subscription. It includes the core CRM, public calendaring, workflows, events, financial account tracking, reporting, and built-in AI features.

Pricing is per user, per month. Each user gets their own calendar and public booking URL. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

How to Subscribe

1. Go to Subscription from your user menu or settings.
2. The subscription wizard opens on AI CRM Core License.
3. Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
4. Enter the number of users you need.
5. Select Professional or contact sales for Enterprise.
6. Continue through the remaining steps if you want to add optional licenses.
7. Complete checkout.

Switch from Monthly to Annual Billing

Accounts billed monthly can switch eligible licenses to annual billing from the Subscription page.

1. Open Subscription.
2. Open Actions and select Switch to annual billing, or use the link beside the Monthly badge.
3. Review the licenses being changed, annual totals, unused monthly credit, and the amount due immediately.
4. Confirm that you understand the payment will be charged immediately.
5. Click Confirm switch to annual.

The default payment method is charged the prorated amount due when the switch is confirmed.

Unused time from the current monthly period is credited toward the invoice. The eligible licenses then renew annually.

When the Option Is Unavailable

• The account is already billed annually.
• The subscription is cancelled and in a grace period.
• An incomplete or failed payment must be resolved first.
• The account uses a legacy or offline plan.

• Start with the right number of users — each user gets their own calendar and public scheduler link.
• Choose annual billing to save if you plan to use LeadCenter long term.
• Add optional licenses only when needed — the AI CRM Core License is the only required starting point.
• Use the free trial to test calendars, workflows, and integrations before subscribing.
• Consider Enterprise if your organization needs custom configuration or enterprise-only options.
