AI Call Tracking & Phone License

The AI Call Tracking & Phone License is an optional add-on to the AI CRM Core License. It lets you make and receive calls directly from LeadCenter, assign virtual phone numbers to campaigns, track call-driven leads, and use add-ons like call recording, AI transcription, and phone lookup.

Four plans are available, each with different included local phone numbers and local minutes. All plans support both monthly and annual billing.

Annual billing is shown as the effective monthly rate billed annually. Annual billing saves up to 21% compared to monthly billing.

Choose the right plan for your call volume

  • If you only need one number for occasional calling, the Light plan may be enough.
  • If you use multiple campaign tracking numbers, choose Starter or higher.

  • Call recording can help with quality assurance, training, and compliance.
  • Before enabling it, make sure your business follows applicable recording consent laws.

Use call transcription to save time

  • AI transcription can make phone conversations searchable and easier to review later.
  • This is especially useful for longer calls or detailed intake conversations.

Assign numbers to campaigns for better ROI tracking

  • Use separate phone numbers for different marketing sources when possible.

  • CNAM shows your business name on outbound calls when supported.
  • If you want a more professional caller ID experience, choose Starter or higher.

FAQs

Is the Phone License required?

No. It is an optional add-on. You need it if you want to make and receive calls through LeadCenter, use virtual phone numbers, and track call-generated leads inside the CRM.

What happens if I exceed my included local minutes?

Extra local usage is billed at $0.06 per minute. Toll-free calls are billed at $0.088 per minute.

Can I buy additional phone numbers beyond my plan?

Yes. You can add both local and toll-free numbers from the subscription page.

What is CNAM?

CNAM displays your business name as caller ID on supported outbound calls. It is available on Starter, Corporate, and Enterprise, but not on Light.

Do I need this license for text reminders?

You need a virtual phone number to send text reminders, and that comes through the Phone License. However, text messaging itself also requires the separate AI Text Messaging License.

Is call recording automatic once enabled?

Yes. Once enabled, calls through LeadCenter virtual phone numbers are recorded automatically.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan later from the subscription page.
