AI Usage-Based Pricing Starts June 5

Starting June 5, 2026, LeadCenter AI technology will move to usage-based pricing. This applies to AI tools such as Claudia AI, Troy AI, Linus AI, Speak AI, and Sina AI.

The goal is to keep LeadCenter AI pricing affordable, transparent, and based on actual usage instead of charging a large flat monthly AI fee.

What’s Changing

• Usage-based AI pricing begins June 5 — LeadCenter AI usage will be billed based on the AI activity your team uses.
• Phone call transcription is getting cheaper — Phone call transcription is being reduced to $0.0141 per minute.
• Meeting transcription will also use the lower rate — Meeting transcription will be priced at $0.0141 per minute.
• Most individual AI interactions remain low-cost — Common actions such as generating an email, summarizing a call, or answering a question are typically around one to two cents per interaction.
• Usage can be monitored from billing — Your team can review AI usage and costs from the billing dashboard.

Updated AI Pricing

Lower Transcription Costs

Earlier this year, phone call transcription was reduced from $0.14 per minute to $0.064 per minute. With this update, phone call transcription is being reduced again to $0.0141 per minute.

That brings phone call transcription to nearly a 90% reduction from the original price.

Example Workflow Cost

If you record a 1-hour face-to-face client meeting using the LeadCenter Mobile App, Claudia AI can transcribe the meeting and generate a meeting summary based on your template.

Effective Date

This pricing update takes effect on June 5, 2026.
