LeadCenter.AI Reduces Phone Call Transcription Costs by 66%

We’re implementing a major infrastructure upgrade to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

In approximately 10 days, LeadCenter.AI will reduce phone call transcription costs by two-thirds — from $0.14 per minute to approximately $0.047 per minute.

This change comes as we migrate phone call transcription to Claudia AI Modal, enabling significantly lower processing costs while maintaining high accuracy and performance standards.

Who Is Impacted

This update applies to phone call transcription only, including calls transcribed through:

LeadCenter
DialPad
GoTo
RingCentral

All existing customers using LeadCenter to transcribe phone calls from these platforms will benefit from the new lower rate once the migration is complete.

What Is Not Changing

This update does not affect Claudia AI meeting transcriptions.

Claudia AI meeting transcription — including in-person meetings, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet — will continue to be free during beta until we announce pay-as-you-go pricing for Claudia.

Other Claudia AI features will also remain free during beta, including:

Generating call summaries
Drafting meeting emails
Sentiment analysis
