AI Email Marketing License

The AI Email Marketing License is an optional add-on to the AI CRM Core License. It lets you send email campaigns from within LeadCenter, track performance, manage unsubscribes and bounces, and automate email marketing workflows.

Pricing is monthly only and is based on the number of unique contacts with a primary email in your account that are not deleted and not archived. Each pricing tier includes a monthly email send allowance.

Tiered Pricing

Your price is determined by the number of unique contacts in your database with a primary email that are not deleted or archived. As your contact count changes, your tier updates automatically.

How contacts are counted: Only unique contacts with a primary email that are not deleted and not archived count toward your pricing tier. Contacts without a primary email do not count.


Overage Fees

If you exceed your monthly email send allowance, overage fees apply at $0.002 per email above your monthly limit.

For example, if your plan includes 10,000 emails and you send 12,000 in a month, the overage fee would be 2,000 × $0.002 = $4.00.

Email Verification $0.025 per email Verifies a contact’s primary email address with email service providers to help reduce bounce rates and protect your sender reputation.

Email Verification can be turned on or off from the subscription page when selecting the email marketing license.


How to Subscribe

  1. Go to Subscription from your user menu or settings.
  2. In the subscription wizard, open Step 2: AI Email Marketing.
  3. Review your current contact count and tier pricing.
  4. Click Select to add Email Marketing to your subscription.
  5. Optionally enable the Email Verification add-on.
  6. Continue through the remaining steps or proceed to payment.

Best Practices

Keep your contact list clean

  • Your pricing tier is based on contacts with a primary email.
  • Archive or delete contacts you no longer need to help control your monthly cost.
  • Contacts without a primary email do not affect your tier.

Enable Email Verification to protect deliverability

  • Sending to invalid email addresses can increase bounce rates and hurt deliverability.
  • When enabled, Email Verification automatically checks the contact’s primary email when it is added or updated.
  • This can help improve email quality and sender reputation.

Monitor your monthly send usage

  • Each pricing tier includes a monthly send allowance.
  • If you consistently exceed your limit, overage fees will apply.
  • If your contact list keeps growing, your account may move into a higher tier with more included sends.

  • LeadCenter includes an AI-powered email template builder as part of the CRM Core License.
  • Use it to create branded email templates for campaigns and automations.
  • You can also review content with AI compliance tools before sending.

  • Use open and click tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor unsubscribes and bounces inside the CRM.
  • Use reporting to improve future campaigns.

FAQs

Is the Email Marketing license required?

No. It is an optional add-on. The CRM Core License is the only required license. You can still send individual emails from the CRM without this license. The Email Marketing license is needed for bulk campaigns, campaign tracking, and email marketing workflows.

Is there annual billing for Email Marketing?

No. The AI Email Marketing License is billed monthly only.

How is my pricing tier determined?

Your tier is based on the number of unique contacts in your database that have a primary email and are not deleted or archived.

What happens if I exceed my monthly email send limit?

Overage fees of $0.002 per email are charged for each send above your monthly allowance.

Does Email Verification happen automatically?

Yes, if the Email Verification add-on is enabled. The system automatically verifies each contact’s primary email when it is added or updated.

What counts as an email send?

Each individual email sent through the email marketing system counts as one send. For example, sending a campaign to 500 contacts counts as 500 sends. Individual one-to-one emails sent from the CRM do not count toward the marketing send limit.

What if I have more than 50,000 contacts?

For lists over 50,000 contacts, contact LeadCenter at (888) 291-7116 for custom pricing.

Can I reduce my tier by cleaning up my contact list?

Yes. Archiving or deleting contacts you no longer need may reduce your tier, since only contacts with a primary email that are not deleted or archived count toward pricing.
