Task List Templates enable you to create structured task lists for recurring workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency across processes.

Creating a Task List Template

  1. Click + New Template.
  2. Fill in the following details:
    • Task List Name: A clear and descriptive name for the task list (e.g., "Client Onboarding").
    • Description: A brief explanation of the task list’s purpose.
    • Target Date: Specify when the tasks in this list should be completed (e.g., "5 days from initiation").
  3. Save the task list template.

Managing Task List Templates

From the task list templates page, you can:

  • View: Open the template to review its details.
  • Copy: Duplicate the template to quickly create a similar task list template.
  • Edit: Modify the template details including task list name, target date, or description.
  • Delete: Remove the template if it is no longer needed.

Tip: Editing or copying a task list template does not affect any task lists already created from that template.

Using Task List Templates

  1. When creating a new task list, you’ll see an option to select a task list template in the dropdown menu.
  2. Choose a template, and all predefined tasks will automatically populate the new task list.

Tip: Task list templates streamline multi-step processes, making them perfect for workflows like "Lead Nurturing".
