Custom Fields allow you to track additional information about your contacts. For example, you might create a “Class of Wealth” field to keep track of different customer classes for your organization.
What is great about LeadCenter custom fields is that you can design the page using an easy-to-use Custom Fields Form Designer with drag-and-drop capability. You can organize the custom fields into sections, rows, and columns. Each section can contain rows and each row can contain columns. You place the custom fields inside the columns. Each section can have many rows. Each row can have up to four columns. You can edit section names and custom field properties using the following pen in the designer.
The page you design can be accessed from the contact details page by clicking on Custom Fields in the left-side menu.
LeadCenter allows you to create the following type of custom fields:
You can also control showing how the fields are stacked in the page, add validation rules, and control the size of each field.
If you need assistance in implementing custom fields, please send an email to support@leadcenter.ai.
Tip: Custom fields can be used as filters in workflows, email marketing campaigns, text message campaigns, and contact segments.
