The Form Builder in LeadCenter.AI allows you to create, customize, and manage forms for your website. Whether you need an inline form embedded within your content or a modal pop-up form to capture leads, the Forms page provides an intuitive interface to design, edit, and preview your forms.
Form Types
Inline Form: Ideal for embedding directly into website content, allowing users to engage without disrupting their browsing experience.
Modal Pop-Up Form: Best for capturing attention with forms that appear as overlays, useful for lead generation campaigns or special announcements.
Creating a New Form
Click + Add New Form on the Forms page.
In the "Create a New Form" dialog box, select a predefined template or choose to build your custom form.
Step 1: Build Your Form
Skip this step if using a predefined template.
To create a custom form, click Create Form and start adding fields.
Organize your form with pages, rows, columns, and groups of fields for better structure and clarity.
Step 2: Basic Details
Form Title: Enter a descriptive title for your form.
Form Type: Select the form’s display style (Inline or Modal Pop-Up).
Step 3: Actions Upon Submission
Create Lead: Automatically generates a lead in the Lead Dashboard (default action).
Choose Action:
Show Success Message: Display a confirmation message.
Title: Add a success message title.
Description: Provide a confirmation message.
Redirect to a URL: Direct users to a specific webpage after submission.
URL: Enter the destination URL.
Lead Tracking Settings
Lead Source: Choose the source (e.g., Google Ads, Organic Search, Social Media).
Campaign Parameters (Optional):
Source: Identify the referrer (e.g., google, newsletter).
Medium: Specify marketing medium (e.g., CPC, banner, email).
Name: Campaign identifier (e.g., spring_sale).
Term: Keywords for paid campaigns.
Content: Differentiate ads for A/B testing.
Important: We recommend using UTM paramters in your website pages URL. Using manual fields in this form may not provide accurate results. Click Save to publish your form.
Field Types & Configuration
Each field added to the form can be configured with the following sections:
Basic Details: Label, placeholder, default value, and help text.
Validation Rules: Required fields, data format restrictions, and specific validation options depending on the field type.
Sizing Info: Adjust the field's display width and alignment.
Common Field Types Include:
Static Text

Checkbox
Checkbox Group
Radio Group
Note: Validation rules differ based on the field type to ensure accurate data collection.
Editing an Existing Form
On the Forms page, find the form you want to edit.
Click Actions > Edit.
Modify the form as needed.
Click Save to apply changes.
Previewing a Form
On the Forms page, select the form you want to preview.
Click Actions > Preview to see how the form will appear on your website.
Embedding Forms on Your Website
Inline Forms: Use the Integration Script button to copy the code and embed it directly into your website.
Modal Pop-Up Forms: You must add both of the following scripts to your website:
Page Load Integration Script
Button/Link Click Integration Script
