Can I Update My Data in Bulk with an Import?

In LeadCenter, there are two ways to update your data in bulk:

1. Bulk Update Using Filters in the Sales Pipeline

You can easily update multiple records at once by applying filters in the Sales Pipeline and using the action buttons at the top of the screen. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Sales Pipeline view.
  2. Use the Filters to narrow down the records you want to update (e.g., by stage, owner, tags, or custom fields).
  3. Once filtered, select the records you want to update.
  4. Use the Action Buttons at the top of the screen to apply changes, such as:
    • Changing contact stages.
    • Assigning owners.
    • Running workflows.
    • Updating statuses and more.

This method is quick, straightforward, and does not require importing any files.

2. Bulk Update Using Data Import (Advanced)

If you need to perform more complex updates or import new data, our Data Migration team can assist with a tailored bulk update process. Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact our Data Migration team at support@leadcenter.ai to discuss your requirements.
  2. Our team will guide you on preparing your data and assist with the bulk update.
  3. Once approved, we will securely process the data updates for you.

Important Notes

  • For bulk updates through the Sales Pipeline, ensure your filters are accurately applied to avoid unintended changes.
