The Event Attendee Download feature allows you to export your event attendee list as a CSV file. This is useful for analyzing attendance, creating mailing lists, or importing data into other systems.
How to Download Event Attendees
You can download attendee lists from two places in your Events module:
Apply filters (optional) to export a more targeted list.
Open the Actions dropdown.
Select Download list.
What Happens After You Request a Download
You will see a confirmation message: "Your download request is being processed. You will receive an email with the download link shortly."
The system processes the file in the background (large lists may take longer).
You’ll receive an email when the CSV file is ready.
Click the download link in the email to access your file.
The link is valid for 24 hours or until the first download.
Tip: If you need the file again after the link expires, simply submit a new download request.

If your event uses custom registration questions, each question will appear as its own column with the attendee's answer.
Tags
If any attendees have tags, your CSV will include dynamic tag columns:
Tag 1 – [Tag Name]
Tag 2 – [Tag Name]
Tag 3 – [Tag Name]
Tip: Tag columns are generated based on the tags found in the exported attendee list. If a contact does not have a specific tag, that cell will be blank.
Filtering Your Export
When exporting from the Attendees List page, any filter you apply will affect the exported file:
Only matching attendees are included.
Filters include stage, tags, registration status, event, and more.
Only tags from filtered attendees will appear as columns.
Large lists: It may take a few minutes for your export to process.
Filtering: Use filters to create lists for specific audiences.
Address data: Ensure contacts have addresses if you need complete location data.
Multiple downloads: Submit a new download request if the link expires.
Data analysis: CSV files can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or other analysis tools.
