Production Tracking Reports

Below is a list of essential appointment reports:

  • Issued Production: Filters all production data to show only accounts with an 'Issued' status, based on their issued date.
  • Pending and Forecasted Production: Provides a comprehensive view of production data, including issued, pending, forecasted, and canceled accounts, based on the application sign date.
  • Single Advisor report: Details the performance of an individual advisor, including total production, commission amounts, and the count of first appointments. It provides a comprehensive view of the advisor's contributions and earnings. Only the advisor can see the data in this report for accounts and appointments they own.

Production reports dimensions and metrics definitions

  • Source/Campaign: The source or campaign that generated the lead associated with the account.
  • Lead Stage: The contact's stage in the sales pipeline.
  • In Sales Pipeline?: Indicates whether the contact is in the sales pipeline.
  • Insurance Company, Insurance Products, Insurance Product Type: Dimensions to filter insurance and annuities accounts.
  • AUM Products, AUM Product, AUM Product Type: Dimensions to filter AUM accounts.
  • Advisor: The advisor assigned to the account.
  • Business Type: AUM versus Insurance.
  • Is New Business?: Indicates whether this business is from new leads or existing clients. This is determined by comparing the contact's 'closed at' date in the sales pipeline with the account's issue date. For contacts closed in the pipeline last year with accounts issued this year, those accounts are considered existing client business, not new business.
  • Transfer Only: If selected, displays only account transfers.
  • Amount Issued: The total value of the accounts issued in the period.
  • AVG Case Size: Calculated by dividing the total value of accounts issued in the period by the number of heads of households.
  • Insurance Products - Paid: Displays the total value of accounts with the Paid Date set on the account page. The Paid Date is when the client sent funds to the carrier or paid the first premium.
  • Insurance Products - Delivered: Displays the total value of accounts with a set Delivery Date. The Delivery Date is when a policy delivery receipt confirms that the insured has received and possesses their insurance policy.
  • Estimated Revenue on Issued: Calculates the estimated revenue from AUM fees and insurance commissions for accounts within the selected date range.
