Events Reports

LeadCenter offers the following built-in reports for measure events performance

  1. Event Attendees Report: provides a comprehensive list of all attendees, categorized by their status—attended, canceled, or no-show. It includes a breakdown of each category along with their respective percentage distribution.
  2. Event Expenditure Report: details the spending for various categories related to events. It allows for filtering by event type and date range to provide insights into financial allocation and expenditure trends.
  3. Event Performance Report: provides a consolidated view of event performance by aggregating counts of registrations, attendance, appointment requests, and conversion rates. It includes aggregated metrics by month, day of the week, speaker, venue, topic, and mail house, without detailing individual events. It also calculates the ROI for these events.
  4. Events Report: The Event Report consolidates data from all events and seminars into a comprehensive overview, including attendee statistics, conversion rates, event costs, and other key attributes.

The following are the data sources that feeds into the Events reports:

  • Events and event attendees created in event management system
  • Event expenses created in marketing expenses system.
  • 1st Appointment with prospects created in LeadCenter calendar with the category 1st Visit - Not A Client. This is to measure event attendees conversion to 1st appointment
  • Financial accounts. This is to measure events conversion to production
