The Closed Won Pipeline Report helps you review contacts that reached a closed-won pipeline outcome during the selected period.
Use this report to review closed client activity by campaign, stage, medium, owner, advisor, office location, geography, category, tags, and related account totals.
This report is based on Contact Closed Date.
This report is reporting-only. It does not mark contacts won, change stages, or update client or account records.
This report can contain sensitive identity, household, pipeline, geographic, tag, and financial information. Review and export this data only when appropriate for your role.
This report refreshes every 15 minutes, so the latest data may not appear immediately.
Use the Contact Closed Date range to choose the closed-won period you want to review. The report updates based on the selected Contact Closed Date range and filters.
Use the filters and controls at the top of the report to narrow closed-won pipeline activity.
Available filters and controls include:
Select Reset Filters to clear the selected filters and return the report to its default view.
The KPI cards summarize closed client activity for common time periods and the selected report period.
Use the visible KPI labels as report indicators. This article does not define additional client qualification formulas or KPI calculations.
The report includes sections for reviewing closed clients over time, by campaign, by stage, by medium, and by geography.
Map and city sections provide geographic context when supporting location data is available in the report.
The List of Clients provides client-level detail for the selected Contact Closed Date range and filters. The table includes a grand total for applicable numeric metrics.
The list includes:
Closed stage and Closed At history can remain on a contact record. Contacts removed from the active pipeline do not appear in pipeline reports.
When reviewing this report, check the selected Contact Closed Date range, filters, and contact list before comparing results with other pipeline or production reports.
Report sections may include chart controls such as Show applied filters and Show chart menu.
Select Download PDF to download the current report view as a PDF.
To export a table as a CSV, open the table’s three-dot menu and select Export. For more details, see Exporting Data from Reports .
