Event Performance Report

The Event Performance Report consolidates completed-event registrations, attendance, appointment outcomes, client conversions, event marketing spend, production, CAC, and ROI.

Use this report to compare completed-event performance by month, day of week, subject, venue, start time, speaker, mail house, event type, venue and start date, or individual event internal name.

This report shows Completed events only. The default Event Status selection is Completed.

This report is a reporting view only. It does not edit events, attendees, appointments, pipeline records, expenses, or financial accounts.

Open the Report

  1. In LeadCenter.AI, select Reports in the left sidebar.
  2. Open Events.
  3. Select Event Performance Report .

This report updates every 15 minutes, so the latest data may not appear immediately.

Set the Event Date Range

Use the Event Date range to choose a period that contains the completed events you want to review. The report results update based on the selected Event Date range and filters.

Filter the Report

Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow event performance data.

Available filters and controls include:

  • Event Internal Name

Understand Attribution

Appointments, Production, CAC, and ROI are attributed to the most recent event attended within the selected period when a client attends multiple events.

Use this attribution rule when reviewing performance across multiple events in the same date range.

The report does not expose the ROI equation, assumed fee rates, commission percentages, or projection method in this article.
