The Client Termination Report helps you review AUM clients who terminated the relationship and withdrew funds.
Use this report to review terminated client counts, terminated AUM amount, termination timing, termination reasons, advisor and owner groupings, and terminated contact details.
This report is based on Client Termination Date.
This report is reporting-only. It does not terminate a client, set a termination reason or date, withdraw funds, or edit contact or account records.
This report can contain sensitive identity, termination reason, household, pipeline, tag, location, and financial information. Review and export this data only when appropriate for your role.
This report refreshes every 15 minutes, so the latest data may not appear immediately.
Use the Client Termination Date range to choose the termination period you want to review. The report updates based on the selected Client Termination Date range and filters.
Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow terminated client activity.
Available filters include:
Select Reset Filters to clear the selected filters and return the report to its default view.
The summary metrics provide a high-level view of terminated client activity for the selected report view.
The report includes sections for reviewing terminations over time, by reason, by advisor, by owner, and by servicing advisor.
The Terminated Contacts List provides contact-level detail for the selected Client Termination Date range and filters. The table includes a grand total for applicable numeric metrics.

The report is populated from the termination date and termination reason on contact details.
If a client is missing from the report or appears with incomplete termination information, check whether the contact has the appropriate termination date and termination reason saved.
Additional termination reasons can be managed under Settings > Database Lists > Termination reasons.
Report sections may include controls labeled Drill up, Drill down, Sort, Show applied filters, and Show chart menu.
Select Download PDF to download the current report view as a PDF.
To export a table as a CSV, open the table’s three-dot menu and select Export. For more details, see Exporting Data from Reports .
