Individual Email Configuration

LeadCenter Mail efficiently combines your CRM and email functionality by allowing you to:

  • Two-Way Email Sync: for automatic syncing with your individual and shared email inboxes. Connect emails with LeadCenter contacts and share them with coworkers, or keep them private.
  • Send & Receive Email: Compose, send, receive and manage your emails in one place.
  • Send reminders for a specific email and then link it to a related CRM component in LeadCenter
  • Email Templates: Save routine email messages as templates to save time when composing emails.
  • Broadcast email: Using bulk actions, you can send an email to a filtered list of contacts at one time.

Office 365 Email

If your work email is on Microsoft Office 365, outlook.com, or live.com, we support direct authentication with Office 365

  1. Click on Office 365 radio button
  2. Click on blue Connect button
  3. Follow the steps in Office 365 to connect your account

Google Workspace and Gmail

If your work email is on Google Workspace (previously GSuite), follow these steps to connect your email

  1. Set up the 2-Step Verification. For instructions, click here.
  2. Set up the App Password to be used by LeadCenter.ai. For instructions click here.This is the password you will use to connect your Google email account in LeadCenter, not your Google account password.
  3. Check the latest SMTP settings for Gmail are:
    • Sender Name: Your name
    • Sender Email: Your email
    • SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
    • SMTP Port: 587
    • SMTP Username: Your Google username (which is the same as your primary email).
    • SMTP Password: The app password generated from step 2 above.
    • Enable TLS/SSL: Enable
    • Enable receiving contact-related emails: Enable
    • IMAP host: imap.gmail.com
    • IMAP Port: 993
  4. Click on Others radio button
  5. Enter the configurations using the instructions from Step 3 above
