Email Notification Settings

LeadCenter sends two types of email notifications:

  1. System email notifications
  2. Account email notifications

I. System email notifications are the following:

  1. Lead ownership change.
  2. Task ownership change.
  3. Task update.
  4. Appointment bookings, updates, and cancellations.
  5. Appointment reminder 20 minutes before a meeting.

System email notifications can't be disabled or changed. For example, when a lead is assigned to you, you will receive a notification by email.

II. Account email notifications include:

  1. Lead created: Get notified each time you receive a new lead.
  2. Daily update: Sends you a report at 8:00 AM every day about the leads and contacts generated in the past 24 hours.
  3. Weekly update: Sends you a report at 8:00 AM on Monday about the leads and contacts generated in the previous 7 days.
  4. Monthly update: Sends you a report at 8:00 AM on the first day of the month about the leads generated in the previous month.
  5. Call transcription notification: Get notified each time a call recording transcription is completed.
  6. Incoming text message notification: Get notified each time a text message is received on your virtual number.
  7. Event notification: Get notified each time someone submits an event form or when an attendee is moved to a different event or their status is changed.
  8. Financial questionnaire: Get notified each time someone submits a financial questionnaire.

From this page, you can configure account email notifications. You can enable or disable notifications, and add or remove email addresses to receive the notifications.

Tip: You can set up additional email notifications using Workflows. For example, you can create a workflow that sends you an email when a contact's stage is updated.
