Adding Attendees to Events

Attendees can be added to events in three ways:

  • From the contact actions menu.
  • By filling the registration form in your website.
  • by integration with
    mail houses
    .

From contact actions menu

To add an attendee to an event:
  1. Go to Contacts page or Sales Pipeline page.
  2. Open a contact details page
  3. Click on Actions menu and Click Add to Events. This will open the Add to Event window.
  4. Select the event from the events list, select registration status and click Save

By filling the registration form in your website

To add events registration forms to your website:

  1. Create an events empty page in your website.
  2. Copy and insert the iframe code from the events page in LeadCenter. Click Actions then Event Public Link at the upper right corner of the events page.
  3. Insert the iframe code in the website page you created in the first step.
  4. Now when users visit your website, they can register for events. If they register that will automatically create the contact in LeadCenter, add the contact to sales pipeline, register the contact in the event, send the attendee the confirmation email.

By integration with mail houses

Follow these steps to enable integration with mail houses:

  1. Go the Mail Houses integration page
  2. Follow the steps to generate a token or connect directly to the mail house:
  3. After the integration is complete, any attendee added by the Mail House will be pushed to LeadCenter.AI as an attendee. All event-related workflows will be triggered (confirmation registration, reminders, etc.).
  4. When the mail house pushes an event attendee, If the event doesn't exist in LeadCenter, the system will automatically create the event.
