Integration with BigMarker

LeadCenter.AI seamlessly integrates with BigMarker, enabling automatic creation of events and capturing leads without the need for third-party tools like Zapier.

How to Connect BigMarker to LeadCenter.AI

  1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner of LeadCenter.AI.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the Settings page, click on Integrations under the Basic Settings tab (opened by default).

  4. From the left-hand menu, click on Event Marketing.

  5. Locate the BigMarker card and click on Connect.

  6. Log in to your BigMarker account.

  7. Go to BigMarker API Settings.

    8. Tip: Ensure your BigMarker account has the necessary permissions to access API features.

  8. Copy your API key from the API Keys page.

  9. Return to LeadCenter.AI.

  10. Paste your BigMarker API key into the provided field.

  11. Click Save to complete the integration process.

What Happens After Integration?

Once your BigMarker account is connected to LeadCenter.AI:

  • Events created in BigMarker will automatically be added to LeadCenter, including event name, description, agenda, and the main image.

  • Attendees from BigMarker will be automatically pushed to LeadCenter as attendees.

  • If an attendee does not already exist in LeadCenter, a new lead will be created automatically.

  • All related workflows (confirmation emails, event reminders, etc.) will be triggered for each attendee.

Tip: Ensure your workflows in LeadCenter are configured to handle new event attendees efficiently.
