Client Status

Client status is used on the contact and lead details pages. This is an extra field that you can use to filter contacts and leads.

Default client statuses are created when you create your account in LeadCenter.

Client status is also used in reports where you can filter contacts based on their client status. This can be a helpful field to flag client contacts not in the sales pipeline as clients.

Tip: Contact status can be used as a filter in workflows, email marketing campaigns, text message campaigns, and contact segments.
