Integrating LeadCenter with Catchlight

LeadCenter now integrates with Catchlight, allowing you to enrich both prospects and clients with advanced financial insights.

Tip: This integration requires a Catchlight API subscription to retrieve data from Catchlight.

Connecting LeadCenter to Catchlight

  1. Go to the Integrations Page:
  2. Click "Connect" under Catchlight.
  3. Enter Your Catchlight API Credentials:
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
    • User ID

    Tip: You can obtain these credentials from your Catchlight account.

  4. Click "Connect" to complete the integration.

Once connected, Catchlight will be linked to your LeadCenter account, allowing you to enrich prospects and clients with valuable insights.

Using the Catchlight Integration

How to Enrich Lead Data with Catchlight:

  1. Open any contact’s details page in LeadCenter.
  2. Click on "Catchlight" from the left-side menu inside the contact details page.
  3. Click "Request Catchlight Data" to pull information from Catchlight.
  4. Once retrieved, the data will be displayed within the contact’s profile.

Tip: The research process may take a few minutes. LeadCenter checks once a day if Catchlight has completed the research for this contact. If you want to check now instead of waiting for the automatic daily update, click the Check Again Now button.

What Information Does Catchlight Provide?

When Catchlight enriches a prospect or client, you’ll receive insights such as:

  • Estimated Investable Assets
  • Estimated Income Range
  • Life Events
  • Hobbies
  • Financial Interests
  • & more!

This data helps you better understand your prospects, allowing you to personalize outreach and engagement strategies effectively.

Tip: Ensure that the contact’s email address, phone number, or address are valid. If any of these fields are incorrect or missing, Catchlight may not be able to retrieve data successfully.
