Stay informed about all event-related activities for your contacts. The Activity tab now displays event attendee activities, making it easy to track when contacts register for events and when their attendance status changes.
What Activities Are Tracked
Registration - When a contact is registered as an attendee for an event
Status Changes - When an attendee's status is updated (e.g., Registered → Confirmed, Confirmed → Attended, etc.)
Removal - When a contact is removed from an event
Where to View Event Attendee Activities
Event attendee activities appear in the Activity tab on contact profiles. Each activity entry shows:
The contact's name with a link to their profile
The current attendance status (color-coded badge)
The event name with a link to the event details
Who made the change (user name or system)
When the activity occurred
Filtering Activities
You can filter the activity feed to show only event attendee activities by clicking the filter icon and selecting Event attendees from the list.
Quickly see a contact's event participation history
Track when follow-up actions were taken (status changes)
Identify contacts who frequently attend events
Monitor registration patterns and attendance rates
