Categories will be renamed Types for appointments, tasks and notes

As part of our ongoing effort to simplify the user experience and interface, we are making the following updates to appointments, notes, and tasks categories:

Appointment, notes, and tasks categories will be renamed types. This change aims to eliminate confusion with "Template Categories", which will continue to be used to organize templates and improve searchability. Moving forward, when creating an appointment, task, or note, you will see "Type" instead of "Category". Reports and labels will be updated accordingly to reflect this change.

This update will take effect on or before February 15, 2025. LeadCenter data migration team will migrate your tasks and notes categories, if needed.
