When a new lead comes in via web, phone, or 3rd party lead sources, LeadCenter now generates an instant phone call to your team, notifying them immediately. At the same time, LeadCenter’s Rapid Lead Response solution kicks off a response to the lead via phone call, email, or text message almost instantly.

  • Immediate notification: Automatically notify the scheduling team via a call and email as soon as a new lead arrives.
  • Instant lead connection: Your team receives an instant call with the lead's details, and LeadCenter dials the lead for them.

How to set it up:

  1. Create a Workflow and select the trigger Contact Created.

  2. You can add filters to apply the workflow on leads with certain conditions. For example, leads coming from a specific source like SmartAsset.

  3. Add actions like Call Contact, Send Email, Send Text Message, or Create Task.

  4. Configure the Call Settings: For call contact, select the users to call, the phone number to use, and the timeframe for calls.

  5. You can also add delay steps to space out the actions.
