How to set it up:

  1. Create a Workflow and select the trigger Contact Created.

  2. You can add filters to apply the workflow on leads with certain conditions. For example, leads coming from a specific source like SmartAsset.

  3. Add actions like Call Contact, Send Email, Send Text Message, or Create Task.

  4. Configure the Call Settings: For call contact, select the users to call, the phone number to use, and the timeframe for calls.

  5. You can also add delay steps to space out the actions.
