Extra Security to Protect Your LeadCenter Account

Several new security enhancements have been implemented in LeadCenter this week.

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): LeadCenter now offers an optional two-factor authentication feature for log in to your account. Please refer to the 2FA setup guide for instructions.
  • Session Time-Out: LeadCenter will now automatically log out users after 120 minutes (2 hours) of inactivity.
  • Single Session per User: Users can only be logged into LeadCenter on one device or browser at a time. If a user logs in from another device or browser, the previous session will automatically log out.
  • Password Reset Every 60 Days: Passwords will now expire every 60 days, and users will not be able to log in until they change the expired password.
