Upcoming Features in February 2025

Estimate Disclosure: This roadmap outlines our projected timelines for new features and updates. However, timelines are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

As part of our ongoing effort to provide better visibility into upcoming features in LeadCenter, we will be releasing a Monthly Upcoming Feature Update like this one.

Below is the list of features and enhancements coming to LeadCenter in February 2025.

I. Task Management

The following updates will be deployed throughout the month:

  • Ability to assign tasks (and workflows) to teams instead of individual owners.
  • Kanban board with customizable stages and a hierarchical task list structure.
  • Task categories will now align with appointment categories rather than template categories.
  • Simplified task view under the Contact Details page, with the ability to filter by task status.

II. Household Management

You will be able to add families in LeadCenter, allowing you to add and link spouses, children, and grandchildren under a family unit.

Company AUM fee calculations will be updated to be based on families (households) rather than individual contacts. Consequently, all relevant reports will reflect this change.

III. Contact Details Page View

The Contact details page will include two new tabs:

  • Upcoming activity tab: Instead of navigating to the Appointments or Tasks sections within the Contact Details page, you will now see all upcoming appointments and tasks in one place—without needing to open each individual section.
  • Activity tab: View a chronological history of all updates related to a contact, including emails, tasks, text messages, appointments and more, without opening each section separately.

IV. User Experience Improvement

Quick actions in the global header: You will be able to add a contact, task, note, or appointment directly from the Global Header, eliminating the need to navigate to a contact page.

V. Calendars

  • Control task visibility in calendar: A new setting will allow you to control whether tasks appear in your calendar, using a simple toggle in the Calendar Settings page.
  • Private calendar connections: When connecting Office 365 or Gmail calendars, you will have the option to make the connection private. Other users will only see your free/busy schedule without access to appointment details.
