New Workflow Enhancement: Introducing Delay Step

Delay Step has now been added to Workflows. This feature allows you to insert pauses between emails sent to customers in a sequence as part of your workflow. You can set delays in minutes, hours, or days.

To use this feature:

  1. Create or update a workflow.

  2. Add the delay step in the desired location within the workflow sequence.

  3. Configure delay settings:

    • Set the duration (minutes, hours, or days) for the workflow to pause.
    • Choose the exact time for the workflow to resume (e.g., 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM).
  4. Set up actions after delay steps: Define the action you want to take after the delay. Choose from sending a text message, an email, creating a task, or updating a contact.
