We released an important feature to assist advisors when scheduling their regular reviews
with clients. Since these meetings are required at least annually, this will help advisors
stay compliant with the firm internal procedures and regulatory safe harbor rules while
reducing the time and effort to do so.

You can now set up automated reminders for client reviews by email and SMS. These reminders
can be sent 1 month before the due date, 15 days before, 1 week before, and on the
review due date. This will save you the time and effort of manually following up with clients.
It will also create the SMS and Email logs that you have communicated with the clients to schedule
the mandatory periodic meetings with the advisor.

You can also include the advisor's Bookmytime.ai calendar link in the reminder
email or SMS, allowing clients to book their appointments directly in the advisor's calendar.

If an appointment is set with the client, the system will stop sending the review reminders.

Below are the steps to set up client review reminders:

Create email reminder templates from the
email templates page and SMS reminder
templates from the SMS templates page.

Enable the reminders in any user calendar (Note: Review Reminders can be set up
on any calendar. It is not restricted to Advisors' calendars).

From the calendar or contact page, create a client review reminder.
- From calendar page click on Create button, then click Client Review Reminder
- In Contact Details page. In Overview page, scroll down until you see the box titled
Client Review Reminder. Click Add Reminder button
- In the Create Review Reminder page, select a due date in the future, recurrence type, and click Save button.

The enabled reminders will be triggered automatically.

If a meeting is booked with the client, the review reminders will be
automatically disabled for this client. Instead, the contact will receive the
meeting reminders.
