Emails Log
Improved sidebar navigation: Quickly switch between Inbox, Sent, and Drafts.
Preview pane for emails: Instantly view email content, reply, or mark as unread.
Bulk actions: Select multiple emails to mark as read/unread or change visibility.
Search & filter: Locate emails faster with advanced filters.
Visibility controls: Make emails private with one click (for your own sent/received emails).
Calls Log
Split view for Inbound and Outbound calls for faster filtering.
View full transcriptions by clicking the preview icon.
Filters for status and users to sort and review calls efficiently.
Text Messages Log
Separate folders for Sent and Received messages.
Quick reply from message preview.
Advanced filters to search by user, virtual number, or message status.
Full thread view with clean, organized layout.
These updates also apply to the respective sections inside each contact's detail page—giving you the same upgraded experience wherever you're working.
