LeadCenter's communication logs have been redesigned for faster navigation, clearer insights, and a more intuitive user experience. Whether you're reviewing past emails, checking call transcripts, or responding to text messages, it's now easier to stay on top of client conversations.

Here’s what’s new:

Emails Log

  • Improved sidebar navigation: Quickly switch between Inbox, Sent, and Drafts.
  • Preview pane for emails: Instantly view email content, reply, or mark as unread.
  • Bulk actions: Select multiple emails to mark as read/unread or change visibility.
  • Search & filter: Locate emails faster with advanced filters.
  • Visibility controls: Make emails private with one click (for your own sent/received emails).

Calls Log

  • Split view for Inbound and Outbound calls for faster filtering.
  • View full transcriptions by clicking the preview icon.
  • Filters for status and users to sort and review calls efficiently.

Text Messages Log

  • Separate folders for Sent and Received messages.
  • Quick reply from message preview.
  • Advanced filters to search by user, virtual number, or message status.
  • Full thread view with clean, organized layout.

These updates also apply to the respective sections inside each contact's detail page—giving you the same upgraded experience wherever you're working.
