Introducing the "Days in Stage" Filter Across LeadCenter

We’re excited to add a powerful new filter option—Days in Stage—available in all LeadCenter filters including Sales Pipeline, Contacts, Segments, Workflows, and Email Marketing.

What’s New:

  • The Days in Stage filter is now part of the Basic filters with preset options: 1, 3, 7, 15, 30, 60, and 90 days or more.
  • The Advanced filter lets you specify conditions like greater than, less than, or equals to with any custom number of days.
  • When you use the Days in Stage filter—whether in Sales Pipeline, Contacts, or other areas—it will only show contacts that are actively in the sales pipeline, because only those contacts have a sales stage assigned.
  • Use this filter to identify leads needing follow-up or to prioritize those stuck in a stage too long.

Why It Matters:

Tracking how long leads remain in stages enables you to spot bottlenecks, optimize sales cycles, and increase conversion efficiency.

Tip:

Combine Days in Stage with other filters to create targeted campaigns and automated workflows that keep your sales process moving smoothly.
