We’ve updated how email redirects are stored in LeadCenter. Going forward, when an email is redirected to one of your email redirect addresses, it will be added as a Note on the contact—rather than appearing under Customer Enquiry. We’ve also improved how redirects are attached to existing contacts to prevent duplicates.
Note: Existing (older) email redirects will remain visible in the Customer Enquiry section of each contact. Only new redirected emails will appear under Notes.
Open any contact and go to the Notes tab to review newly redirected emails. Older redirected emails will still be listed under Customer Enquiry for that contact.
