How It Works
Open Troy AI and click the + button beside the message box. Select Add image or Add PDF, choose your file, then send your prompt.
Use the + button in Troy AI to add an image or PDF before sending your message.
After the file is attached, ask Troy your question as usual. Troy analyzes the uploaded document together with available CRM information to deliver a more informed response.
Troy can use attached files as context when answering your question.
Please note: Troy currently supports image files and PDF documents. File availability and size limits may vary.
