Send Appointment Reminders from Each Advisor's Own Email
10/27/2026
Each calendar can now send its appointment emails from its own address. Your clients can get reminders and confirmations from their advisor's own email instead of one shared address for the whole firm.
Pick a shared email or the advisor's own email to send this calendar's reminders.
What's New
Reminder emails: Pick the sender on the calendar's Appointment reminders tab. It applies to every appointment reminder email from that calendar.
Confirmation emails: Pick the sender on the calendar's Confirmation email tab. The same sender is used for appointment update, meeting type change, and follow-up emails.
Your choice of address: Choose any shared email in your account or the calendar owner's personal email.
On the Appointment reminders tab, choose an email under Send reminder emails from and click Save.
On the Confirmation email tab, select Email confirmation, choose an email under Send emails from, and click Save.
Please note: If you leave the sender empty, emails keep coming from your default shared email, just like before. If a personal Gmail or Outlook connection expires, those emails won't send until the owner reconnects it, and they don't switch to the default. When a calendar uses Calendar invite, the invite comes from the connected Google or Outlook calendar.
