You can now assign a scheduler (business development specialist) to a lead or contact in LeadCenter—separate from the contact owner.
Use this field to assign the user responsible for scheduling appointments with the prospect. It is especially useful for reporting when the contact owner changes, as it allows you to consistently track scheduler performance regardless of ownership changes.
On the contact details page, select a user from the Scheduler dropdown:
The scheduler field is also available in filters, segments, and workflows. It will be available soon in the Sales pipeline report.
