Introducing Marketing Opt-In Filters for Text Messages

You can now filter contacts by marketing opt-in status for text messages in Advanced Filters across the Sales Pipeline, Contacts, and Workflows. This update makes it easier to segment contacts and automate sending text messages based on opt-in preferences.

What’s New?

Marketing Opt-In Filters for Text Messages

  • Sales Pipeline & Contacts Filters – Quickly find contacts who have opted in or out of text messaging.
  • Workflow Filters – Ensure automated text messages are only sent to opted-in contacts.

How to Apply Text Marketing Opt-In Filters

In Sales Pipeline or Contacts:

  1. Open the Sales Pipeline or Contacts.
  2. Click on the Filter icon .
  3. Click on Advanced Filters in the filter screen.
  4. Select Marketing Text Opt-In field.
  5. Choose Matches or Does not match.
  6. Choose Yes or No and apply the filter.

In Workflows:

  1. Go to Workflows.
  2. Create or edit a workflow.
  3. Add or edit a filter.
  4. Add a Marketing Opt-In Status condition.
  5. Select Marketing Text Opt-In field.
  6. Choose Matches or Does not match.
  7. Choose Yes or No and apply the filter.
