You can now configure appointment reminders individually for each appointment category, giving you more control and flexibility over how and when contacts receive reminders.
This feature was one of the most requested enhancements based on your feedback — designed to help you tailor reminder timing and messaging to different types of appointments instead of relying on a single global setting.
Previously, reminders were configured globally for all appointment types. Now, you can customize them for each appointment category using the new dropdown at the top of the reminders screen.
