LeadCenter now integrates with Microsoft Teams, allowing you to create online meetings automatically when scheduling appointments. When enabled, LeadCenter generates a Teams meeting link and adds it to the calendar invitation so you and your clients can join with a single click.
Make sure your Microsoft calendar is connected to LeadCenter. If you haven’t connected it yet, go to Settings → Integrations → Calendars and connect your Microsoft calendar.
Open your appointments or calendar screen in LeadCenter.
Create or edit an appointment with a contact.
In the Meeting location section, select Teams meeting as the meeting type. This option is only available when your Microsoft calendar is connected.
Complete the appointment details and save. A Teams meeting link will be generated automatically and included in the calendar invitation.
Select “Teams meeting” as your meeting location after connecting your Microsoft calendar.
Note: The Teams meeting option is only available when your Microsoft calendar is connected and your Microsoft account has permission to create online meetings. If the connected Microsoft account is not a business account, the Teams option will be ignored.
You can also configure Teams meetings for your public calendar links so that clients can book appointments with Teams automatically:
Go to Settings → Calendars and select the calendar you want to configure.
Click Public calendar links and either create a new link or edit an existing one.
In the calendar link settings, locate the Meeting location options.
Check Teams meeting to enable Teams meetings for appointments booked through this calendar link.
Save your changes. All future appointments booked through this link will automatically include a Teams meeting link.
When you create an appointment with a Teams meeting enabled:
A Microsoft Teams meeting is automatically created in your Microsoft calendar.
A unique Teams join URL is generated and stored with the appointment in LeadCenter.
The Teams meeting link is included in calendar invitations sent to all attendees.
You and your clients can join directly from the calendar invitation or the Teams link.
The Teams meeting link is accessible from the appointment details in LeadCenter.
Tip: Teams meeting links are generated when the appointment is created or updated. If you don’t see the link immediately, it may take a few moments to appear while Microsoft processes the meeting creation.
