Claudia AI now gives your team more control over meeting content, easier access to transcripts and recordings, and smarter follow-up task assignment after meetings.
What’s Included
Claudia actions on meetings — Meeting hosts can view and generate Claudia AI content directly from a meeting.
New Claudia AI navigation — A dedicated Claudia AI section now appears in the sidebar when your organization has access.
Transcriptions and Videos pages — Browse meeting and call content you are allowed to see from one place.
Contact-level Claudia AI tabs — Contact records now include Transcriptions and Videos tabs when Claudia AI is enabled.
Stronger privacy controls — Private meeting content is restricted to the owner, with clearer Private badges and lock icons.
Smarter task assignment — Claudia AI now assigns meeting follow-up tasks to the right team members more accurately.
How It Works
From a calendar meeting, eligible hosts can use the Claudia actions button to start Claudia AI, view existing meeting content, or generate meeting summaries, tasks, participation metrics, sentiment analysis, and scorecards.
Meeting hosts can use Claudia actions to view or generate available AI meeting content.
When a transcription exists, Claudia actions are organized into View and Generate options. Viewing opens the content in a side panel, and generation options let the host create or recreate enabled Claudia AI outputs.
The new Claudia AI section in the sidebar gives users direct access to Claudia AI content, including Transcriptions and Videos.

The Transcriptions page lets you browse meeting and call transcripts you have access to, search by meeting subject, and filter by owner, source, calendar, privacy, and date range.

On contact records, the new Transcriptions and Videos tabs show Claudia AI content linked to that contact, with badge counts showing how many items are available.

Please note: Only the meeting host can see the Claudia actions button and generate or regenerate meeting summaries, tasks, scorecards, sentiment analysis, and participation metrics. Other team members can view transcripts and recordings only when those items are not private and they have access.
Smarter Follow-Up Tasks
When Generate tasks is turned on, Claudia AI can create up to 5 follow-up tasks from meeting action items. Claudia now uses the meeting summary and transcript to better identify who owns each task.
Teammate tasks — Assigned to the matching team member when Claudia can identify who owns the action item.
Client follow-ups — Assigned to the meeting host, with the client’s name added to the task title.
Unmatched names — Assigned to the meeting host, with the person’s name included in the task title when available.

Faster access to meeting content — Transcripts and recordings are easier to find from the sidebar, contact records, and meeting actions.
Clearer ownership — Hosts control generation actions, and private content is easier to identify.
Less manual cleanup — Follow-up tasks are more likely to land with the right person after a meeting.
Better team visibility — Public meeting content is easier to browse while private meeting content stays protected.
To use these features, your organization needs Claudia AI enabled. Generation options depend on your calendar’s Claudia AI settings and require an available transcription.
