View Catchlight Data Instantly in Sales Pipeline

We’ve made it easier to access Catchlight insights—right from the Sales Pipeline—without needing to open the full contact details page.

What’s New?

  • Catchlight data now appears directly in the Peek view of each contact card.
  • If data is available, you'll see an orange person icon with a magnifier Catchlight insights next to the contact name.
  • Hover over the icon to view key insights like demographic signals, lead scores, and potential areas of interest.

When Catchlight Data is Not Yet Retrieved

  • You’ll see an orange button prompting you to retrieve the data.
  • Click it once, wait around 20 seconds, then click it again to load the insights.

This update streamlines your lead review process and keeps key insights at your fingertips—no more switching pages or opening additional tabs.

Tip: To view Catchlight insights in the Sales Pipeline, make sure your Catchlight integration is configured in LeadCenter. If not set up, the icon will not appear.
